New years....

I think Tahlia got a bit worn out with the holidays...What do you think

We went downstairs to do something and she was on the floor playing....we came back up to this!

she still has the car she was playing with in her hand...it was TOO CUTE!

We have a tradition on New Years.  When I was a kid we would always make candy houses.  And we couldn't touch them until new years eve.  At midnight went the countdown is over, we get out a hammer and smash the candy house...

it is a symbol of getting rid of the old and starting over fresh for a new year!  

I know it is dangerous and all but we gave PG the honors this year!  He was sad when we had to take the hammer back and put it away...but he survived, when he realized that he could EAT the candy now!!
